Ms Pirch-Flach was born in Erfurt and is a trained office administrator. She started as a lateral entrant in the administration sector in 2007.
Her initial focus was on condominium management and special property management as well as rental issues, accounting and receivables management. She joined the Treuenburg Group administration team in April 2019. With the corresponding expertise and dedicated experience, she took over the management of our property management at the beginning of 2022.

Since autumn of 2022, Mr Weigel has been coordinating appropriate inspections, compliance with standards and maintenance for the Treuenburg Group and Vectura Tec Solutions GmbH as Head of Engineering.

David Didßun is firmly rooted in Thuringia and the media landscape. He brings experience to the Treuenburg Group from more than a decade as an editor and, most recently, head of the newsroom of a state-wide radio station. David Didßun uses his knowledge, experience and networks as Head of Marketing, Corporate Communications and Investor Relations at Treuenburg.

Mr. Oschmann was born in Berlin and made Thuringia his adopted home after his officer career with business administration/commerce studies. He gained comprehensive expertise through his further training as a real estate business economist and his many years of work as a real estate agent for corporate and business clients.

Johannes Hagemann is our Investment Manager and is responsible for “Renewable Energies” at Treuenburg. After studying industrial engineering with a focus on asset and investment management at the Bauhaus University Weimar and the KU Leuven in Belgium, Johannes Hagemann worked for a large central German portfolio holder and a Munich-based private equity company.
