Mr Pfeifer was born in Thuringia and has 15 years of experience in investment banking and real estate investments. He started his career in bond trading at Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt and London and was later Managing Director at Citigroup in Hong Kong responsible for fixed income in the Asia-Pacific region as well as Japan. Mr Pfeifer holds a degree in banking and business administration with a focus on marketing and finance.

Mr. Fritsch is a native of Thuringia and looks back on over 20 years of professional experience in the real estate industry. At the beginning of his career, Mr Fritsch worked as a real estate agent in Erfurt and subsequently developed in various positions. Since 2013, he has been responsible for various real estate projects in central Germany as co-founder and manager of the Treuenburg Group. Mr Fritsch is a qualified real estate agent.

Mr Weigel is a lawyer, specialised in national and international commercial and corporate law. As manager of the of the Treuenburg Group, he is responsible for operational projects and business as well as M&A and real estate transactions. Due to his professional experience, he combines juridical expertise with entrepreneurial approach.

Ms Pirch-Flach was born in Erfurt and is a trained office administrator. She started as a lateral entrant in the administration sector in 2007. Her initial focus was on condominium management and special property management as well as rental issues, accounting and receivables management. She joined the Treuenburg Group administration team in April 2019. With the corresponding expertise and dedicated experience, she took over the management of our property management at the beginning of 2022.

David Didßun is firmly rooted in Thuringia and the media landscape. He brings experience to the Treuenburg Group from more than a decade as an editor and, most recently, head of the newsroom of a state-wide radio station. David Didßun uses his knowledge, experience and networks as Head of Marketing, Corporate Communications and Investor Relations at Treuenburg.
