Climate protection is of central importance to us. TREUENBURG Neue Energien GmbH, which was founded in spring 2022, is a separate division that focuses on renewable energies and energy efficiency.

One focus of the company division is on the project planning and operation of energy generation plants. Photovoltaics play a key role here. Energy efficiency is a decisive benchmark for the equipment of our properties. We are also expanding the infrastructure for charging facilities for electric vehicles.

By 2030…

… we want to make the TREUENBURG portfolio CO2-neutral.

With a currently usable roof area of over 17,000 square meters, over 15 hectares of potential open space and direct connection options for our properties to charging infrastructure and tenant electricity, we want to live up to our responsibility towards our tenants and the environment and act as a role model.
