Ms Werner has already been part of our team since 2022. With the start of her dual studies in marketing management, for which the Treuenburg Group will provide practical support from 1 April 2023, she is simultaneously responsible for our marketing and corporate communications.

Nancy Pirch-Flach was born in Erfurt and is a trained office administrator. She started as a lateral entrant in the administration sector in 2007.
Her initial focus was on condominium management and special property management as well as rental issues, accounting and receivables management. Nancy joined the Treuenburg Group administration team in April 2019. With the corresponding expertise and dedicated experience, she took over the management of our property management at the beginning of 2022.

Stefan Oschmann was born in Berlin and made Thuringia his adopted home after his career as an officer with a degree in business administration and economics. He gained extensive specialist expertise through his further training as a real estate business economist and his many years of work as a real estate agent for corporate and business clients.

Michael Gillsch is a trained painter and varnisher with 24 years of professional experience. He joined the TREUENBURG Group in 2019. He has been a master painter and varnisher since 2026 and is now head of the technology and construction department, as well as being responsible for caretaker services and maintenance.

Ann-Sophie Goßmann is from Schorndorf, near Stuttgart, and moved to Erfurt in 2021 to undertake her dual Bachelor’s degree. She successfully completed her degree in Management, specialising in Business Administration, Taxation and Auditing, in September 2024. She then continued working full-time at the tax consultancy before joining the TREUENBURG Group in April 2026. Her work focuses on finance and accounting. Among other things, she is responsible for financial accounting and reporting. In addition, she supports the HR department, managing the recruitment process and carrying out other HR-related tasks.

Beate Maschinowski brings many years of professional experience to our financial accounting team, which she has led as Team Leader since August 2023. Born in Erfurt, she first completed vocational training in office and typing administration before further qualifying as a financial accountant, certified balance sheet accountant and insolvency accountant. She gained extensive professional experience working for a tax consultancy, a civil engineering company and, for more than 20 years, an insolvency administration law firm. Her areas of expertise include balance sheet accounting and insolvency accounting.
