Johannes Hagemann studied industrial engineering with a focus on asset and investment management at Bauhaus University Weimar and KU Leuven in Belgium. Before joining TREUENBURG Group, he gained professional experience at a major real estate portfolio holder in central Germany as well as at a private equity firm in Munich.

Matthias Barthel is responsible for financial management at the TREUENBURG Group. He monitors transactions, develops budgets and manages risk management. He also ensures compliance with all tax law requirements. His extensive knowledge from his studies in business administration and his varied professional experience in the areas of sales, project management and marketing strengthen his ability to lead TREUENBURG in financial matters with confidence and foresight.

Heidi Hertrampf completed her dual degree in Business Administration in Munich, laying the foundation for her broad and versatile business expertise. Since February 2026, she has been part of the team as a Marketing Manager with a focus on Corporate Communications.

Nancy Pirch-Flach was born in Erfurt and is a trained office administrator. She started as a lateral entrant in the administration sector in 2007.
Her initial focus was on condominium management and special property management as well as rental issues, accounting and receivables management. Nancy joined the Treuenburg Group administration team in April 2019. With the corresponding expertise and dedicated experience, she took over the management of our property management at the beginning of 2022.

Stefan Oschmann was born in Berlin and made Thuringia his adopted home after his career as an officer with a degree in business administration and economics. He gained extensive specialist expertise through his further training as a real estate business economist and his many years of work as a real estate agent for corporate and business clients.

Michael Gillsch is a trained painter and varnisher with 24 years of professional experience. He joined the TREUENBURG Group in 2019. He has been a master painter and varnisher since 2026 and is now head of the technology and construction department, as well as being responsible for caretaker services and maintenance.

Torsten Pfeifer, born in Mühlhausen/Thuringia (Germany), was a visionary entrepreneur with extensive experience in investment banking and property investments. After starting out in bond trading at Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt and London, his career took him to Hong Kong as Managing Director at Citigroup. There he was responsible for fixed income in the Asia-Pacific region and Japan. With his deep understanding of property investments and financial markets, as well as his strategic foresight, he founded the TREUENBURG Group and successfully led it as Chairman of the Board and Managing Director. Until his sudden and unexpected death on 11 May 2024, Torsten Pfeifer played a key role in shaping the company and laid the foundation for its continued success. We will always remember his entrepreneurial spirit and commitment.
