Erfurt, March 23, 2026 – The Supervisory Board of TREUENBURG Real Estate AG has appointed Johannes Hagemann as an additional member of the Management Board, effective March 12, 2026. With this decision, the company is specifically strengthening its operational leadership while also underscoring continuity and the consistent further development of the group.
Johannes Hagemann has been part of TREUENBURG Group since 2020 and has held various positions within the group during this time. In recent years, he has been closely involved in both operational and strategic decision-making processes, including in his capacity as Managing Director of group subsidiaries.
Within TREUENBURG Group, Hagemann worked closely with the late founder and was regarded for many years as one of his closest confidants. In this role, he played a key part in building central structures and implementing strategically important projects. Johannes Hagemann studied industrial engineering with a focus on asset and investment management at Bauhaus University Weimar and KU Leuven in Belgium. Before joining TREUENBURG Group, he gained professional experience at a major real estate portfolio holder in central Germany as well as at a private equity firm in Munich.
With his appointment to the Management Board, Johannes Hagemann will in future assume responsibility for key operational tasks within the group as well as for the forward-looking development of existing structures and processes. Together with Martin Billhardt, he will further sharpen the strategic direction of TREUENBURG Real Estate AG and actively help shape the company’s next phase of development.
