At a time when the market seems to be in a state of constant change, it was once again inspiring to see how much innovative strength, courage and creative drive there is in our industry. Topics such as sustainability, urban development and new living concepts show that the future of the real estate industry is not just being built – it is being reimagined.
In particular, the topics of serial construction and renewable raw materials such as solid wood, as well as digital building management, were strongly represented and offer an opportunity to combine familiar technologies with new ones and create sustainable, affordable living space – even in the current environment.
We also liked the Transform & Beyond area again. Here, young companies and start-ups have the opportunity to present their contributions to the industry.
It was with mixed feelings that we once again turned our attention to the stand of the European Metropolitan Region of Central Germany. On the one hand, we are delighted that the region is represented as a whole. On the other hand, we once again noticed an empty space on the exhibition wall. We took the liberty of visualising a suggestion for next year.
A big thank you to all our partners, customers and colleagues for the open exchange and the good energy on site.
We are taking many ideas and food for thought back to Erfurt with us – and are already looking forward to the next projects that will result from them.
