With effect from 19 November 2025, the Supervisory Board of the company has appointed Mr Martin Billhardt as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of TREUENBURG Real Estate AG. He succeeds Mr Danny Weigel, LL.M.oec., whose term as Chief Executive Officer has expired as scheduled.
With this personnel decision, TREUENBURG Real Estate AG is setting the course for the further strategic development of the company. The aim is to adapt the organisational structure to the growing demands of a dynamic real estate market and to strengthen the corporate structure in the long term.
Mr Martin Billhardt brings with him many years of experience in managing medium-sized and large corporate structures and has extensive expertise in the areas of real estate management, corporate development and strategic realignment. His appointment is expected to make a significant contribution to exploiting existing potential more fully, further optimising internal processes and strengthening the market and earnings position of TREUENBURG Real Estate AG in the long term. The previous member of the Executive Board, Mr Danny Weigel, is stepping down from all Executive Board functions at TREUENBURG Real Estate AG.
