One of the absolute volleyball highlights of the year is coming up: This Saturday, the Bundesliga women’s team of Schwarz-Weiß Erfurt will host VfB Suhl for the Thuringia Derby.
Both teams are entering the match with fresh momentum: Last weekend, the Erfurt team celebrated their first official match victory in the DVV Cup in Cologne, while Suhl surprisingly defeated the record champions Schwerin 3:2. Fans can certainly look forward to an emotional showdown in a packed Riethsporthalle.
