Is East Germany falling into the “big real estate trap”?

It’s all a matter of perspective, says TREUENBURG founder and CEO Torsten Pfeifer in an interview with FOCUS online.

Although price developments and political challenges cannot be explained away, BUT:

1. This doesn’t ONLY affect East Germany.
2. As we all know, no crisis comes without its opportunities.

New investors benefit from lower entry prices, existing investors benefit from continued rising rents. “If you are quick and have enough capital, you will secure a good property with a high return,” concludes Torsten Pfeifer.
