The evening highlighted how diverse interests in project development can be, but also what common ground there is. We were there to gather exciting ideas and talk about the future of our city in direct exchange with other stakeholders. Personal networking and the feeling of working together on solutions for a liveable, sustainable Erfurt are particularly valuable to us. As a real estate company with its own projects in the respective areas – the Witterdaer Weg residential project (residential) and the large Herrenberg Centre in south-east Erfurt (commercial) – we found the views and actions of the new head of urban development, Lars Bredemeier, inspiring.
